- Homebody at heart, but always down for time with family and friends.
- Wishing summer lasted forever and the sun never went down.
- Rainy days = popcorn + movies (it’s a rule).
- Cooking and baking is how I say "I love you." - my sourdough starters name is 'Dough-rathy'
- Old Fashioned (brandy, sweet) — don’t mess with a classic.
- My husband and I are happiest on the lake or in the woods, soaking up all the beauty God gave us.
- Yes, I will point out cows as we pass by.
- And yes... COFFEEEEEE.

Not to sound like half the photographers out there, but my love for photography started young — way before I knew what aperture or ISO even meant. I’d spend my days snapping photos of animals, wildflowers, and the little corners of our country home that I still love dearly. As I grew, so did my curiosity. Learning the art of portraiture opened up a whole new world, and I’ve loved every step of the journey.
Growing up on a hobby farm meant there was never a dull moment — between the horses, chickens, dogs and cats, muddy boots, and a house full of siblings, and being married to the literal Love-of-my Life, inspiration was always close by (sometimes a little too close!). That beautiful chaos taught me to notice the small, meaningful moments — the kind you can feel just by looking at a photo. And that’s what I hope to give others: a way to hold on to the love, laughter, and beauty that makes life so wonderfully messy and unforgettable.
